Kenyans have expressed their frustration on social media as the SMS code provided by Kenya National Examination Council failed to deliver the expected 2023 KCPE results.

Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu officially Released  the 2023 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) results On Thursday, November 2023, few minutes before 11 am

Speaking from Mitihani House, Machogu announced that parents and candidates could obtain their results by sending their index numbers to 40054.

He had assured that the results would be promptly accessible through the SMS code immediately following the official release of the 2023 KCPE.

Contrary to this assurance, more than an hour later, parents and candidates found themselves unable to retrieve the 2023 KCPE results.

Growing anxiety and numerous attempts to use the SMS code raised questions about the delay and the inability to access the results.
