The Group seeks to recruit an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the vacancy of a UI/UX Designer in the Information Technology (IT) department.
As a UI/UX Designer at Nation Media Group, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences across our platforms. You will play a crucial role in shaping the design and user experience of our websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and content creators, to define and implement user interfaces and user experiences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
- Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in design across various platforms.
- Translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand visuals.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and usability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- A link to your portfolio showcasing recent work is required.
